    NDU ranks 28 among nursing schools nationwide

    One hundred ninety-nine Notre Dame University nursing graduates passed the November 2009 Nursing Licensure Examinations. Based on the Professional Regulations Commission’s document on school performance, NDU ranks 28 among the nursing schools nationwide with more than 100 examinees. NDU’s passing rate of 65.68% is higher than the national passing rate of 39.73%.

    At its 61st year of continuous commitment to excellence in education and services, Notre Dame University was given the Award of Distinction and conferred the Deregulated Status by the Commission on Higher Education. Fr. Eduardo G. Tanudtanud, OMI, the University President, received

    Among the 1,741 colleges and universities in the country, only 14 private higher education institutions (HEIs) were granted deregulated status and 44 HEIs were given autonomous status for consistently showing exemplary performance in providing education, research, and extension services.
